Job Description
Weâre looking for a self-motivated, experienced sales professional to help accelerate our growth. The Sr. Account Executive is responsible for prospecting new customers, positioning Employgig and Employbridge as the partner of choice, and closing new business.
This role will focus on selling large, enterprise-level workforce solutions that leverage Employbridgeâs full suite of capabilities, including digital marketplace, onsite, and managed workforce programs.
The Sr. Account Executive will join a high-impact Sales Team responsible for driving growth and establishing strategic client relationships that will serve as the foundation for Employgigâs continued expansion.
Responsibilities
⢠Prospect, identify, and qualify viable new logo business opportunities
⢠Coordinate and execute multi-channel outreach (email, cold calling, social, field engagement)
⢠Develop deep understanding of customer pain points and apply a consultative selling approach
⢠Position Employgig and Employbridgeâs workforce solutions to address customer workforce challenges
⢠Articulate the broader Employbridge value proposition
⢠Maintain strong knowledge of Employgig capabilities, operational model, and pricing structures
⢠Close complex, enterprise and multi-location deals across industries
⢠Complete required contracts and associated documentation to finalize new business
⢠Partner closely with Account Management and Employgig Operations teams to ensure strong post-sale onboarding and customer success
⢠Accurately document all client interactions within CRM
Requirements
⢠7+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
⢠Proven success selling SaaS and/or workforce solutions
⢠Demonstrated track record closing large, national, multi-solution deals
⢠Bachelorâs degree preferred
⢠Highly self-directed with strong problem-solving capability
⢠Solid understanding of sales process, pipeline management, and negotiations
⢠Strong attention to detail and time management skills
⢠Excellent communication, executive presence, and presentation skills
Travel Requirements
⢠30-40% travel time expected for the position.
MVR Requirements
⢠Must have a valid driversâ license with a driving record indicating a safe driving history acceptable to the company and at all times remain eligible to drive a motor vehicle under applicable laws and regulations.
The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $10,000 to $115,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
