Generate Pipeline: Make 100-125 calls per day to engage contractors and build a robust pipeline, charting the course to surpass revenue targets. Innovate & Strategize: Bring fresh ideas to broaden our reach and identify new opportunities. Stay Ahead: Maintain an expert-level understanding of our product, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. We Seek: The Bold, The Driven, The Closers Experience: 1+ year in a sales role with a proven "hunter" mentality and a strong track record of closing deals. Attitude: High energy, positive, and a natural problem-solver. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to leverage sales scripts effectively to drive conversions. Autonomy: Thrive independently with a laser focus on achieving and exceeding goals. Adaptability: Comfortable and effective in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Compensation & Perks: Beyond the Base Hearth offers a base salary of $40,000 annually with an aggressive commission model designed to heavily reward top performers. Our unique commission accelerator means top sales representatives can earn upwards of $150,000 annually .
