The Role The Senior Account Executive will lead national sales efforts, developing and expanding relationships with major construction firms, developers, and industrial clients across the U.S. This role combines strategic consulting, solution selling, and relationship management. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional who understands how to sell complex technology solutions that drive measurable value in field-heavy industries. You’ll work alongside internal marketing, product, and customer success teams to identify opportunities, tailor proposals, and ensure long-term client success. Key Responsibilities Lead the full national sales cycle—from prospecting, discovery, and demos to proposal development and contract execution. Build and manage a robust pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts across the construction and infrastructure sectors. Develop account strategies to expand relationships with existing clients and penetrate new markets nationally. Collaborate with marketing to craft targeted campaigns and leverage industry events to build brand awareness. Partner with product and technical teams to align customer requirements with platform capabilities. Deliver accurate forecasts and reporting via CRM tools while meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals. Represent the company at national trade shows, conferences, and customer engagements (travel approximately 25–35%). ⚙️ Qualifications & Requirements Required Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with experience in the construction or concrete industry or field service software; direct experience selling to or working with construction companies is highly preferred. Proven success managing long, consultative sales cycles with C-suite and technical executives. Previous experience selling into construction, manufacturing, or logistics industries strongly preferred. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Adept with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales enablement tools. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
