Whether you're securing inventory, funding ads, or launching your next big product, Clearco helps you move faster with confidence.What your day-to-day will look like:Consistently meet and exceed individual and team weekly, monthly, and annual targetsManage the full sales cycle from a named account territory including: prospecting, managing the sales funnel, running discovery, product demos, qualifying and closing dealsManage in-depth finance conversations and objections with Founders and CFOsNurture your closed lost pipeline effectively and align to customer capital needsSelling across the US with a focus on SMB to mid-market ecommerce businessesTrack leads and sales metrics - experiment with different outreach approaches and use data to identify those that work bestAct as a true partner for each client by understanding their business goals, key initiatives to achieve those goals, and how Clearco funding will help drive these desired resultsWork cross-functionally with internal teams including Founder Success, Diligence, Risk, Product, and Engineering to maximize value for our clientsContinue to be a subject matter expert on alternative and traditional finance options, ecommerce trends, and top verticalsAbout you:Have 3+ years of selling experience working with Ecommerce businesses, ideally selling into the Finance FunctionHave a track record prospecting new business and driving deals to closureThrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing prioritiesAre a creative thinker that is willing to go above and beyond expectations for customersAre a self-starter who can hold yourself accountableBring a collaborative, can-do attitude and resourcefulness to close dealsAre competitive and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targetsAre consistently focused on improving your financial, business, and sales acumenAre analytical, everything we do is based on dataHave strong negotiation skillsWhat we offer:Working with a passionate and supportive team, and finding a sense of belonging in the #ClearcrewCompetitive salary plus comprehensive medical and dental insuranceA tech stipend to create your ideal work-from-home environmentMental health support and professional development opportunities in a culture that emphasizes work-life balance and transparencyThe chance to participate in high-impact work at a mission-driven organizationRRSP / 401K MatchingClearco is an equal opportunity employer.
