As an AWS Premier Partner and Strategic Partner, we deliver hands-on DevOps and FinOps and GenAI support that drives real results.Now, we’re expanding into the US and we’re looking for our first Senior Account Executive to join our go-to-market efforts on the East Coast.You’ll focus on driving new business with Greenfield accounts, working closely with our technical and leadership teams to introduce Automat-it’s services to the US market. You’ll own the full sales cycle and play a key role in building early customer relationships, helping us lay the foundation for long-term success in this region. Work location - remote from NYC, USAResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute successful targeted territory development plans to help achieve or exceed growth, revenue, and margin targetsDevelop and manage all phases of the territory’s business development cycle, including managing proposal negotiations, the statement-of-work, and completion of all contract detailsDemonstrates breadth and depth of knowledge in aligning Automat-it capabilities to client business and positioning relative to competitorsProspect new customers and communicate with the AWS reps regularlyMaintain and develop strategic vendor relations with AWSRegularly attend business events to promote and educate prospective clients on the benefits of Automat-itWork collaboratively with Marketing, Operations, Delivery, and Solutions ArchitectsCommitment to regular business travel locally and abroad, including frequent visits to the AWS offices in Manhattan Requirements4+ years of experience in direct IT sales and business development from a complex cloud or software solutionsExperience selling IT professional services (consulting/managed/staff services) or SaaS solutions designed for R&D or DevOps teamsAbility to articulate the value proposition of professional services to technical and business stakeholdersProven successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotasExperience with selling AWS-based solutionsNetwork and relationships with US-based digital native/ISV/startup companiesDemonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executivesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExcellent presentation and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Working experience with Salesforce or HubspotAWS cloud certificated - advantageBenefitsProfessional training and certifications covered by the company (AWS, FinOps, Kubernetes, etc.)International work environmentReferral program – enjoy cooperation with your colleagues and get a bonus Company events and social gatherings (happy hours, team events, knowledge sharing, etc.)Wellbeing and professional coaching through Oliva HealthSoft skills trainingCountry-specific benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.Automat-it is committed to fostering a workplace that promotes equal opportunities for all.
