This isn’t your average sales role—expect autonomy, high expectations, and real impact.ResponsabilitiesOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, pitching, closing, and account expansion.Build and manage a pipeline using modern outbound strategies (sequencing, automation, personalization)Interact confidently with executives, founders, and technical leaders.Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure client success.Share information with the team.Represent the company in a way that builds lasting trust and reputation.RequirementsProven experience as a Senior Account Executive or similar role in tech staffing.Strong track record in closing deals and owning revenue goals.Fluent with modern sales tools: sequencing, outreach, CRM platforms (Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)Deep understanding of the tech ecosystem and how startups operate.Portfolio of remote clients or experience building trusted, long-distance relationships.Agile and adaptable – industry-agnostic, quick to understand new verticals.Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, remote-first team.Originally posted on Himalayas
