About the role The Senior Account Director oversees a portfolio of high-value accounts, providing advanced strategic leadership and ensuring long-term client success. This role operates at a senior level, managing complex relationships and driving significant business impact. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 8 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing or client strategy leadership Agency experience preferred Experience managing enterprise-level clients Experience working with e-commerce and/or B2B clients is a plus Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including owned media (SEO & GEO), paid media (search, social, and programmatic), Email & SMS, and more. Hands-on experience with paid media platforms is strongly preferred Key Responsibilities Executive Client Leadership Build and maintain executive-level client relationships Lead high-level strategic conversations and long-term planning Serve as a trusted advisor on business and marketing strategy Portfolio Strategy & Performance Oversee strategy across multiple accounts, ensuring consistency and performance Drive long-term growth and retention across the portfolio Identify and act on opportunities for expansion Team Leadership & Oversight Lead and support Account Directors and their teams Ensure high standards of performance, communication, and delivery Provide coaching and leadership across the organization Operational Excellence Ensure consistency in processes, workflows, and quality across accounts Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability Core Skills & Competencies Executive presence and communication Advanced strategic thinking Leadership and team management Business growth and revenue management Operational oversight Experience with tools and ad platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, ClickUp, etc., is a plus What Success Looks Like in This Role You influence client business outcomes at a high level, drive sustained portfolio growth, and elevate the performance of teams and accounts across the organization.
