We are looking for self-driven individuals who are ready to take control of their careers and become their own boss estate agents. Here's what you will be doing
• Client Liaison: Build strong relationships with clients throughout the buying/selling or letting/management process
• Viewings & Negotiations: Arrange and conduct property viewings, and negotiate deals on behalf of your clients
• Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads to build your own successful real estate business
• Client Management: Cultivate positive relationships with clients to ensure a smooth experience
Key Skills & Experience
• Previous estate agency experience is a plus (not mandatory)
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to build your own brand and be a self-employed real estate agent in the United Kingdom
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• A passion for the real estate industry
