About the position
As a Segmentation Analyst on the Enterprise Segmentation team at Target, you will play a crucial role in analyzing store-level sales and profitability to inform assortment updates and future assortment plans. This position is integral to the mission of the Enterprise Segmentation & Merchandising Insights team, which aims to drive growth for Target by creating and delivering solutions that enhance relevance in the marketplace. You will lead the execution of assortment strategies and continuously share learnings and field feedback to improve understanding, execution, and results. Your work will involve close collaboration with key partners such as Buying, Planning, Inventory, Space & Presentation, Guest Insights, and Assortment Planning. Experience within Segmentation, Merchandising, Merchandising Strategy, Strategy/Consulting, Consumer Insights, or other relevant business functions; experience working with Essentials & Beauty category highly desired.
