What You’ll Do - Research and synthesize verified sources into cinematic, tension-driven scripts. - Build character arcs and emotional payoffs that make audiences feel every moment. - Collaborate with producers and editors to refine tone, pacing, and accuracy. - Deliver clean, publication-ready drafts on schedule. What We’re Looking For - Proven storytelling experience (true crime, investigative, documentary, or long-form nonfiction). - Command of pacing, tension, and structure—no filler, no fluff. - Ability to distill complex facts into clear, emotionally resonant narratives. - Comfort tackling dark or sensitive subject matter with professionalism. Nice to Have - Experience writing for YouTube, podcasts, or visual-first formats. - Familiarity with police reports, interrogations, and bodycam narratives. - Background in journalism, creative writing, or criminal justice.
