Requirements
Must hold an active New York State Real Estate License
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and willing to learn
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent time management and organizational ability
Comfortable using basic digital tools (CRM, MLS, email, etc.)
Willingness to attend regular trainings and meetings
Responsibilities
Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions
Generate and manage leads through company-provided and personal channels
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and pricing strategies
Schedule and attend property showings and open houses
Prepare and present offers to clients
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout their real estate journey
Work collaboratively with team members, legal advisors, and third parties
