Seeking Experienced SEM Specialist (Google Ads, Bing, Meta & TikTok)
We are looking for a highly experienced SEM expert to support us with campaign setup, execution, management, optimisation, and scaling of conversions across multiple ad platforms. What We’re Looking For You should have proven, hands-on experience with: • Google Ads • Performance Max (PMax) • Remarketing campaigns • Display campaigns • Demand Gen campaigns • Conversion optimisation & scaling • Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) • Search, Audience Network & remarketing • (Optional but highly preferred): • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) • TikTok Ads Responsibilities • Full campaign setup from scratch • Conversion tracking setup (including GTM, GA4 or equivalent) • Ongoing optimisation (bids, budgets, audiences, creatives) • Scaling and improving ROAS/CPA • Testing new creatives, audiences, and campaign structures • Regular reporting and insights ✔ Ideal Candidate • 3+ years experience managing SEM campaigns • Demonstrated success scaling accounts and driving conversions • Strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements How to Apply Please include: 1.
