This is a rare and highly flexible mandate designed for PMs who want to build something substantial-with the support of an established institutional partner-while retaining long‑term autonomy.
What They're Offering
• Seed capital with the goal of scaling from $100mm to $1bn+
• Open to allocation via SMA or fund structure
• Will take a GP stake (non-first‑loss) aligned with long‑term value creation
• No exclusivity and no fixed contract duration
• PMs remain free to raise capital from other LPs over time
• 1 seed allocation per year - meaning highly focused partnership commitment
Strategy Flexibility
The platform is open to:
