A leading organization is seeking a *Security Technical Program Manager (TPM)* to support our client's security initiatives. This is a temporary role based in a remote region. The position involves managing complex security programs, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance across various security capabilities. Join our client's team to help deliver impactful security projects and reduce organizational risk.

*Security Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:*

* Lead and organize strategic security programs, establishing milestones, success metrics, and tracking progress against objectives.
* Escalate potential risks and issues proactively to senior leadership to ensure timely resolution.
* Oversee dependencies across teams such as Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to facilitate project delivery.
* Support planning cycles, including prioritization of security initiatives and investment justification.
* Develop structured governance and reporting protocols to ensure accountability and transparency.

*Security Technical Program Manager Qualifications:*

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
* Five or more years of experience in technical program management, cybersecurity, or risk management.
* Experience with Product Security, DevSecOps, or security domains like AI/ML Security, Identity, or Platform Security.
* Familiarity with security compliance frameworks such as PCI and ISO, as well as operational security practices.
* Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and legal teams and influence without direct authority.
