Collaborating closely with engineering squads across product and platform engineering, you will ensure our applications are both safe and compliant with internal requirements, maintaining and improving our defensive security program.DEPARTMENT:EngineeringLOCATION: Anywhere in Brazil - Remote WHAT YOU GET TO DO: Implement controls and secure company’s information systems by developing, testing and reviewing identity requirementsArchitect, build, test, deploy, and monitor IAM systemsUnderstand critical flows and identify best monitoring tacticsBuild security plans, coordinate among involved people and executeDocument operational procedures and protocols regarding securityMaintain incident response and disaster recovery plans and train staff on security proceduresAnalyze, identify, propose and implement security controls, alerts and processesGenerate security reports whenever neededImprove our cloud security posture. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of experience in Blue team / Defensive securityFluently communicating in English and being comfortable talking to native English speakers on a daily basisManaging AWS IAM, finding vulnerabilities in the permissions set and fixing them with AWS SSOWorking with different security standards from CIS, NIST and OWASPAutomating tasks to scale security testsWorking with logs, metrics, monitoring and analyticsSecuring cloud environmentsImplementing security controls, correlating events and generating reportsWith automation and provisioners like Terraform, Ansible or ChefAutomating tasks with scripting languages such as Python and/or Bash.
