Citi is a leading global bank, and they are seeking a Securities & Derivatives Associate Analyst. This role involves monitoring and assessing processes and data related to securities transaction processing, providing analytic support to traders, and assisting in resolving issues in securities and derivatives settlement.ResponsibilitiesIndividual mapped to this job description is responsible for securities transaction processing executionTypically related to Securities Clearance Settlement and Derivative OperationsThis may include providing analytic support to traders and support review of derivative productsSupports an expansive and or diverse array of products servicesFollows established procedures to identify problems related to securities and derivatives settlement that require investigation or researchAssists in resolving problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedentsDelivers reports to satisfy management requirements, support control activities, and the launch of products servicesProvides assistance in the implementation of process improvementsMinimizes risk to the bank through increased knowledge of procedural requirements - understands and monitors errors to adhere to audit and control policies.
