Seasonal Support - Camps (Onboarding and Logistics)

Scope of Position
Provide essential support to the Staff Development Team by ensuring the accurate completion and review of all Summer Staff Onboarding Forms and Health Profiles. This role is committed to delivering exceptional care and customer service to all Summer Staff throughout the onboarding process.

• Review Summer Staff Onboarding Forms, CampDoc Health Profiles, and Travel Surveys for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality of all personal information in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Deliver outstanding care and support to Summer Staff at every interaction.
• Communicate with Summer Staff via email to obtain correct documentation and ensure deadlines are met.
• Respond promptly and professionally to questions from Summer Staff.
• Conduct weekly touchpoints and provide reports to the Onboarding & Logistics Coordinator.
• Maintain a strong understanding of WinShape Camps and the overall Summer Staff onboarding process.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred At least one year of experience as Summer Staff with WinShape Camps or another camp (not required).
• Ability to work remotely while managing time and tasks effectively.
• Preferred Experience in customer service and project management.
• Preferred Familiarity with SharePoint and related systems (not required).
• A self-professing Christ-follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and committed to pursuing Christ regularly.
• Must live 60 miles or less from the assigned job location (Rome, GA), and 150 miles or less from the Support Center (Atlanta)

Skillsets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, consistently serving with a pleasant, patient, and friendly tone in all communications.
