About the Role As a Seasonal Sales Associate at UGG, you'll be responsible for creating the best possible customer experience, driving sales, and representing the brand's values and mission. This is a seasonal position, lasting for 2-5 months, and offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing exceptional service from start to finish. Listen to customer needs and offer personalized recommendations, showcasing current product knowledge and brand expertise. Communicate the UGG brand's sustainability initiatives and social and ethical commitments to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of the brand's values. Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Merchandise products in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards, ensuring a visually appealing store display. Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude, promoting the store and brand image in all interactions. Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve business goals and drive sales. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Practice safety-consciousness and respond to theft in accordance with company policies. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential and preferred qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey the UGG and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to team members and customers. Highly motivated team player and self-starter. Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on location and experience.
