This is a full-time Seasonal Route Performance Specialist position located remotely. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level. This position is not expected to continue beyond 3 months.Compensation is $18/hr.Responsibilities include:Reviewing red notes and notating the information in the right placeEditing red notesOrganize, create, and maintain routes for several Pest Control Area officesAttend 1:1, team meetings, support channel meetings, and any other meetings assigned by your supervisorCollaborate within and with other departmentsPerform other related duties as neededQualifications:Education: High School Diploma or equivalentRequirements: Prior customer service experienceProficient in computer skills with the ability to learn new softwareMust be able to speak, write, and understand English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with othersSuperior organization and prioritization skillsAble to exercise good judgment in a variety of situationsStrong customer service and issue resolution skillsA quiet and distraction-free working spaceStable internet connection with consistent download speeds of 20 Mbps and upload speeds of 5 MbpsJitter below 20 millisecondsDedicate full attention to job duties during working hoursAptive Environmental:Aptive Environmental provides pest control services to 34 states in the US.
