As a Receiving Colleague, your responsibilities will include:
Receiving and unloading merchandise from delivery trucks
Sorting and organizing merchandise based on type, size, or category
Processing and signing for merchandise in accordance with productivity standards and timelines
Stockroom management, including transferring merchandise to the sales floor and assisting with fixture and merchandise movement
Providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly
Collaborating with other team members to achieve department goals and maintain a positive work environment
We're looking for individuals who are:
Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of customers and peers
Self-starters who can adapt quickly to changing customer expectations and needs
Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
