Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support to small business owners via video and audio support, addressing their bookkeeping concerns and questions. Guide customers through QuickBooks Online , helping them navigate the platform, set up and manage their accounts, and troubleshoot issues. Perform bookkeeping tasks , including data entry, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Analyze and resolve customer issues , utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 3-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience , with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. At least 1 year of QuickBooks Online experience , with ProAdvisor Certification preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to effectively interact with customers via video and audio support. Availability of a minimum of 20 hours per week , with flexibility to work in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
