What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide content-specific support and training for K-12 educators in blended and online learning programs
Deliver workshops and sessions virtually or onsite, tailored to the needs of school districts
Develop and modify individualized learning paths and classroom assessments for students
Conduct engaging presentations to small and large groups of teachers and instructional personnel
Travel to local school sites for professional development delivery as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
A bachelor's degree (graduate degree strongly preferred) and at least 2 years of experience with blended and/or online learning (5 or more years preferred)
Current or past teaching certification highly preferred
Experience delivering professional development, training, or consulting services in an educational environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and online video chat software
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in teaching and/or curriculum and instruction, including influencing key decision-makers
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
