Seasonal Customer Support Agent
Overview
We’re hiring Seasonal Customer Support Agents to support high-volume operations during peak periods. This role is focused on delivering efficient, accurate support across multiple channels while maintaining strong productivity throughout your shift.
This is a fast-paced environment where consistency and attention to detail matter. You’ll be expected to stay active, manage multiple conversations, and follow established processes without constant oversight.
What You’ll Do
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in a high-volume environment
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
Navigate multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail
Stay active and engaged throughout your shift, managing multiple interactions at once
Follow all processes, compliance guidelines, and system workflows
Communicate clearly and professionally, especially in time-sensitive situations
Escalate issues when necessary
What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to multitask across systems and communication channels
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Reliable attendance and consistent performance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous call center or customer support experience preferred
