Key Responsibilities:
Respond to escalated emails and work queues related to orders, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to customers as needed, providing order updates and resolving issues.
Address TrustArc requests and provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
Collaborate with the CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete daily tasks.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of call center experience or business experience with intense seasonality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain energy and initiative during peak periods.
Proficiency in personal computers, basic math, and business operations.
Schedule and Benefits:
Seasonal position: October through December, with the possibility of overtime.
Remote work schedule: 8:30 AM - 5 PM, with extended hours and Saturdays potentially required.
