About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Customer Love Associate to join our team. As a Customer Love Associate, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service across all channels, including email, text, and chat. Your goal will be to deliver a magical customer experience, building long-term relationships with our clients and driving loyalty to our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for: Providing consistently excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Delivering a customer-first experience, anticipating customer needs, and offering personalized solutions to build trust and loyalty Meeting and exceeding performance goals, including resolving customer complaints and improving customer satisfaction ratings Staying up-to-date on our products, shipping, fulfillment, and returns procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Collaborating with internal teams, such as Merchandising, Operations, and Product Development, to share customer feedback and improve our products and services Being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously Who We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should be: Smart, organized, and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Knowledgeable about blithequark's mission, products, and values, and excited about our sustainable fashion brand An excellent communicator, with strong verbal and written skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders A team player, with a positive attitude, and a willingness to take on new challenges and learn from feedback Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously Flexible and adaptable, with a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and experience with customer service software (Kustomer a plus) Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Prior experience working in a sustainable or fashion industry Knowledge of customer service best practices and experience with customer service metrics and analytics Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak languages other than English Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth, development, and well-being.
