Responsibilities
ā¢ Execute daily trailer movement within Target's Distribution Center Yards.

ā¢ Foster a 'safety first' culture through awareness, training, and accountability.

ā¢ Work with carriers to ensure compliance with safety expectations.

ā¢ Operate Target-owned vehicles for yard audit routines.

ā¢ Update the yard management system to reflect the current status of all trailers.

ā¢ Communicate effectively with DC executives regarding trailer needs and progress.

ā¢ Monitor trailer releases to ensure timely deliveries to stores.
,
ā¢ Conduct trailer inventories and ensure equipment is available for preventive maintenance checks.

ā¢ Collaborate with First Mile Transportation to monitor trailer pools and freight flow.
Requirements
ā¢ High School degree or equivalent.

ā¢ Possess or ability to obtain a valid driver's license.

ā¢ Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

ā¢ Demonstrated ability to multi-task.

ā¢ Experience working in a high volume, high activity environment.

ā¢ Strong oral and written communication skills.
