Responsibilities
Ā Execute daily trailer movement within Target's Distribution Center Yards.

Ā Foster a 'safety first' culture through awareness, training, and accountability.

Ā Work with carriers to ensure compliance with safety expectations.

Ā Operate Target-owned vehicles for yard audit routines.

Ā Update the yard management system to reflect the current status of all trailers.

Ā Communicate effectively with DC executives regarding trailer needs and progress.

Ā Monitor trailer releases to ensure timely deliveries to stores.

Ā Conduct trailer inventories and ensure equipment is available for preventive maintenance checks.

Ā Collaborate with First Mile Transportation to monitor trailer pools and freight flow.
Requirements
Ā High School degree or equivalent.

Ā Possess or ability to obtain a valid driver's license.

Ā Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Ā Demonstrated ability to multi-task.

Ā Experience working in a high volume, high activity environment.

Ā Strong oral and written communication skills.
