We’re seeking a Search Consultant (Part-Time) to join our Executive Search Practice. This is a flexible, project-based role for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-oriented environment.

Reporting to the Vice President of Executive Search, the Search Consultant will play a key role in managing and executing executive or professional-level search engagements, ensuring timely and successful placements while maintaining strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone with executive search experience who wants flexibility, while working within a collaborative and high-performing Executive Search team.

Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs, providing exceptional service, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process. Offer proactive solutions to address client challenges.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment projects utilizing OMNI’s proven process, ensuring timely delivery of results and an excellent written work product to include candidate profiles, project updates and interview guides.
• Develop and execute customized search strategies to identify top-tier candidates, utilizing professional networks, technology platforms, market research, and referral programs.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client expectations and organizational fit.
• Provide candidate sourcing support to Senior Search Consultants when requested.
• Maintain knowledge on current and emerging recruitment developments/trends and strategies.
• Uphold and advance the vision, mission, core values and reputation of OMNI HR Solutions at all times.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• Demonstrated success in client, candidate, and recruitment project management ideally in a retained search, professional services talent acquisition or sales role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high capacity for influence among organizational leadership levels and other such people of influence.
• Must be highly professional, client focused, adaptable and a collaborative team player.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and organizational excellence.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, ATS and technology.
