You will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and motivating the team, while also being a mentor helping to facilitate their career progression. You will work closely with senior leaders across a variety of departments including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations as you build and improve on outbound SDR processes that will drive the attainment of our SDR teams' revenue goals while embodying company culture & values. It is critical that you are a leader that leads by example. You need to be willing and wanting to join the team in call blitzes, working accounts and leading by demonstrating what good is. Primary ResponsibilitiesHire, train, and optimize a team of SDRs responsible for prospecting new business opportunities while striving to Have Fun daily Drive outbound lead activity and generate qualified opportunities through creative outreach techniques and strategies, encouraging your team to Own ItManage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and metrics to validate individual and team performanceProvide daily coaching and support with the goal of developing the sales skills of the team, ultimately developing individual careers and creating an environment for growth -Be Humble. Be Human.Work closely with the sales management to ensure lead quality, quantity, and proper follow-up and align pipeline to needs of sales organizationProvide detailed reporting on team's activities and performance as well as accurate forecasts to managementBe the primary liaison and work closely with Marketing and Sales Ops to Build Together and ensure a smooth flow of information and reporting throughout the Marketing/Sales life cycleQualificationsMust be willing to work out of our New Orleans office, relocation package available2-4 years of experience as an outbound SDR Manager, in a fast paced SaaS sales organization1+ year as a top performing SDR Enterprise SDR experience is important Experience building and managing a team of 4+ SDRsProven success developing outbound SDR strategy and processesExperience establishing KPIs and metrics for successExperience generating strong revenue growth from outbound effortsA positive, self-starter attitude and consistent performance history of quota achievementsExperience in leveraging CRM software, preferably HubSpot, to manage a high performing teamSupporting marketing in the writing of scripts and email sequencesBONUS: Seed to Series C Start-up SaaS sales experience or knowledge of wholesale distributionWhy Prokeep?At Prokeep, we offer a dynamic, passionate, and collaborative work environment where innovation thrives.
