• Years of experience reduced 4-5
• Need to be able to "Give an intelligent look to the system" so someone who can explain the work they have done within a system, not just create automated scripts
• Be able to produce automated tests for the System
• Restassured with Java - Library - if they haven't had exp with that library but can learn before onboarding that's a maybe, but it would be more likely that they will try to focus on this
• Still need Java - strong
• Decent SQL experience - be able to query info
• Knowledge API testing - what is an API and how can we test it ?
• Ready API, postman - something similar
• Understand API - what is valid and invalid, what should be sent to an API
• Definitely need cucumber and gherkin
