Sno Required Information Details 1 Role Scrum Master 2 Required Technical/ Functional Skill Set • 5+ Years Scrum Master experience. • Execute Scrum Ceremonies. • Provide team guidance in an Agile mindset. • Lead multi national and cross functional team. • Collect and standardized procedure documentation and create adequate process flow map • Experience in Scrum, SAFe and Kanban. • Build Continual Improvement tracker to ensure enhancement efforts where captured and executed. • Write User Stories for team members and foster an agile mindset. • Build reports to highlight progress and completion of work. • Conduct internal audit of completed work. • Experience working with Bug management software (JIRA) • SQL Server (stored procedures and tables) management experience. • Experience consuming services (RESTful, XML, JSON, etc.) 3 Experience Required 5+ Years 4 Roles & Responsibilities • Ability to review and work with the business to refine requirements into actionable well-architected work items. • Create Weekly and Monthly Status reports to Clients and Upper management. • Responsible for requirements gathering and requirements analysis in area of specialization. • Work with stakeholders to understand current state and to identify the future state for the proposed solution. • Team player. Willing and able to work with others, share knowledge and follow directions. • Gather and provided team updates for stakeholders and leadership • Develop Team dashboards and track performance (RTC/Rally). • Collaborated with Product Owner in the prioritization of Features and related work • Discover and research problems, and work with the team to provide acceptable solutions. 5 Generic Managerial Skills • Should be an excellent Team player, self-starter, multi tasked, detail oriented. • Excellent Communication and Technical writing skills. • Should be able to work with people (Business, IT and QA) in requirement gathering sessions/workshops Apply tot his job
