Scrum Master (Remote - WFH)
workwarp is looking for a passionate Scrum Master! This role is located at our Remote facility. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. The salary for this position is set at a competitive salary. Â Â Team Cognitive is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate the agile methodology and ensure effective and timely delivery of high-quality software.
Responsibilities Include...
 The Scrum Master will report to the Product Line Project Manager and will be responsible for the managing and facilitating daily scrum and sprint cadences in a fast-paced, complex technology environment
 Assist manage risks and dependencies
 Escalate and track impediments via Jira and in coordination with Product Line Project Manager
 Provide input on staffing and resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
 Responsible for weekly reporting, deliverable and ad hoc reporting as needed
 Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineers
 Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators
 Establish and communicate the calendars for Product Line (PL) Iterations and Program Increments (PIs)
 Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics; where necessary Coach leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
 Help drive the Lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle; Work with and support the UX Lead
 Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos
Required Skills:
 Skillsets must include mastery/certification in the following key areas:
 Agile, Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe
 Advanced experience using Jira; including Jira project set up and configuration.
 Ability to easily build new relationships and proactively establish a variety of contacts across the clientÂs and our own internal organization
 Proven experience leading and coordinating multiple teams in a fast-paced, complex technology environment
 Proven ability to balance multiple, concurrent/parallel activities
 Strong knowledge and experience in SDLC in an Agile delivery environment
Required Education, Experience, and Clearance:
 Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience
 Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent
 Ability to obtain a Public Trust  Medium Background Investigation (MBI)
Desired Skills:
 A highly-motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and outstanding interpersonal skills
 A work ethic and technical knowledge that inspires others to aspire to, with the ability to self-manage workload and deliverables under tight deadlines across multiple product lines in a large portfolio
 Government contract delivery experience in an Agile delivery environment
