Scrum Master - Remote / Telecommute
Job Description: • Should have 10+ Years of Experience and 7+ years for relevant experience. • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives). • Coach and guide the team on Agile principles, practices, and mindset. • Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog. • Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth delivery. • Track and report agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, progress) to stakeholders. • Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team. • Shield the team from external disruptions and distractions. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements. • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and delivery standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maximize value delivery. • Should we well versed wit tools like Confluence and Jira. • CSM and CSPO certificates will be a good add on. • Technical Background will be a good plus to handle aggressive technical teams.
