We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to lead our Payer Services and Delivery team. Job Responsibilities:


Coordinate and complete strategic projects and integrations across various functional areas within the Payer Services and Delivery team
Facilitate planning sessions to define product roadmaps and host system capability demos
Establish metrics baseline and use quality assurance metrics to guide ongoing processes
Track and report KPIs such as team velocity and sprint burndown
Collaborate with business, IT, and Operations to review status, issues, and future planning

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

10+ years of technical experience
7+ years of experience leading and running agile/scrum ceremonies and technology project management
Experience in a Payer organization
Demonstrable experience using Rally
Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:
To stand out as a candidate, you'll have:

PMP certification
Knowledge of cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure
Care management experience
