Scrum Master Manager (Hybrid Onsite)
About the position As a Scrum Master Manager, you will lead and enable multiple Agile teams to deliver high-value healthcare software by identifying and addressing roles, positions, organizational impediments, risks, issues, and dependencies. You will constantly challenge team members to be on top of process improvement, grow with the team, and build connections and trust among team members. Responsibilities • Enable 1-3 agile delivery teams to improve delivery flow & self-organize. • Proactively identify and remove impediments by monitoring signals and clearing roadblocks • Manage risks, issues and dependencies by working w/partner teams, ensuring timely mitigation and being absolutely transparent. • Active membership in scrum master community by attending and participating in PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, & various CoP’s. • Foster strong collaboration and communication across functions. • Drive Continuous Improvement by using metrics, retrospectives, experimentation, etc. • Guide teams in adopting transformative AI Augmented Delivery Process while reinforcing safe and effective usage.
