Market Pay ’s payment solutions are designed and developed internally by our Products and Solutions teams. The development teams use the scrum methodology. The SAFe methodology is used to synchronise teams’ roadmaps and ensure the delivery of transversal epics. What You’ll Do: As a Scrum Master Intern, you will support one or more agile teams in delivering value efficiently and continuously improving their ways of working. You’ll work alongside experienced Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches and gain hands-on experience in agile delivery within a dynamic tech environment. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in facilitating agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews) Supporting the team in removing blockers and optimizing flow Helping maintain agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and reporting on delivery metrics Encouraging continuous improvement by collecting feedback and sharing agile practices Collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, and Designers to foster a high-performing, self-organizing team Requirements: You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field You are curious about agile methodologies and the Scrum framework You have excellent communication and organization skills You are proactive, a good listener, and not afraid to ask questions You enjoy working in teams and facilitating group discussions Bonus: You’ve already heard of Jira, Agile, Scrum, or Kanban – or you’re eager to learn fast!
