Scrum Master (Full remote) - sevilla
Astek is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to work with our partner in the pharmaceutical sector, supporting agile delivery and fostering high-performing teams while driving digital transformation in an international environment.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with the following knowledge and experience:
ā¢ 5ā6 years of experience working in Agile environments, with at least 3ā4 years as a Scrum Master
ā¢ Solid experience applying Scrum principles and facilitating agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective)
ā¢ Ex7erience working with multiple Scrum teams simultaneously in complex environments
ā¢ Previous experience in large or regulated organizations (pharma, healthcare, finance, etc.)
ā¢ Experience using agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
ā¢ Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
ā¢ Ability to identify and remove impediments and help teams continuously improve
ā¢ Experience working with frameworks such as Kanban or scaled environments like SAFe is a plus
ā¢ Scrum certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are considered an advantage
