What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Lead and support 2+ Agile pods, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement
• Partner with Product/Experience Owners, Engineering, and Banking stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities
• Enable teams to identify, manage, and remove impediments and dependencies, particularly across core banking systems
• Use Agile metrics to track progress, highlight risks, and drive actionable insights through retrospectives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master
• Commercial banking experience is required
• Proven experience leading multiple Agile pods in complex, enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of banking systems, integrations, and regulatory delivery constraints
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Strong working knowledge of commercial banking credit and lending lifecycles, including underwriting, credit approval, loan closing, and servicing
• Experience supporting Agile delivery for Credit Risk Management, Loan Origination, and Loan Operations initiatives
• Familiarity with bilateral loans, Asset Based Lending (ABL), and participation loans
• Ability to manage Agile delivery across regulated, risk-sensitive environments
• Exposure to large-scale banking transformation or modernization initiatives
