Scrum Master - Asset Manager - Dublin

The firm is undergoing significant digital and operational transformation, and is expanding its technology function to support a range of enterprise and investment-related initiatives. We are seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile squads within the Dublin technology group. You will facilitate delivery across cross-functional teams, promote Agile best practices, and help drive strategic projects that support the firm’s global platforms and systems including within trading & risk.


Key Responsibilities

Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring Agile principles and practices are consistently followed.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
Identify and remove delivery blockers; escalate risks proactively where required.
Support product owners with backlog prioritisation and roadmap development.
Promote transparency through delivery metrics, reporting, and continuous feedback loops.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity across the teams.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align objectives and maximise delivery value.



Requirements1-3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in technology-driven environments.Solid understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.Professional Agile certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or similar) preferred.Strong stakeholder-management and facilitation skills.Experience within financial services, investment management, or other regulated industries beneficial but not essential.
