Scrum Master/ Agile Coach - Remote - Canada/ Nearshore

Title: Scrum Master/ Agile Coach Location: Remote (Canada) Employment Type: Contract We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead multiple Agile teams within our Enterprise Architecture division. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile and Scrum expertise, a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, and the ability to coach cross-functional teams toward delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple Agile teams through end-to-end planning and execution of projects. Coach and mentor teams on Agile, Scrum, and Lean best practices. Facilitate key ceremonies sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming. Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs. Identify and remove impediments, track team progress, and manage risks. Develop and maintain Agile metrics (e.g., burndown/burnup charts) using Jira. Foster collaboration, transparency, and communication across onshore and offshore teams. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (preferably in an enterprise environment). 5+ years of experience in Agile software delivery as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Developer. Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile or Program Increment (PI) Planning. Proficiency with Jira and Agile reporting tools. Strong knowledge of Agile techniques (User Stories, CI/CD, TDD, Automated Testing). Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or ICAgile are highly preferred. Apply tot his job
