Scrum Master
Ben Fatto is looking for Scrum Master who wants to work in international Scrum teams with a global leading-market software, in an environment of continuous professional development and teamworking.
ā¢ Sets up and facilitates all Scrum team ceremonies.
ā¢ Tracks down the progress of activities in daily meeting.
ā¢ Operates on team impediments to keep productivity high.
ā¢ Evaluates process improvement opportunities based on own experience, team suggestions and from outcomes of sprint retrospectives.
ā¢ Reports delivery results, quality, deadlines and cost along client's management through indicators and graphics.
ā¢ Makes sure that the scope defined by the Product Owner is delivered with high quality.
ā¢ Promotes the development of team members.
ā¢ Maintains a collaborative spirit and mediates conflict situations.
Reports overall results to Ben Fatto managers.
6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
Experience managing software development teams with Agile methodologies
Experience with large-scale and web-based software
Technical Profile
ā¢ Great communication, teamwork, negotiation, persuasion, follow-up and conflict management skills.
ā¢ Experience in making reports and presentations to Senior Managements and directors
ā¢ Experience in data collection and analysis, and executive summary generation
ā¢ Experience leading remote groups
ā¢ Experience applying and monitoring metrics for the evolution of teams (burndown, velocity, lead time, cycle time).
ā¢ Agile methodologies knowledge and the ability to adapt them to individual needs of the team and/or the organization.
ā¢ CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM I (Professional Scrum Master level I) or equivalent
ā¢ Macro viewing capability
ā¢ Flexibility and tolerance to understand cultural differences among countries
ā¢ Time flexibility (office hours are the expected work time, but meetings with people from different time zones like India might occur)
ā¢ Fluent English
