The Scrum Master is a key facilitator in the Agile framework, responsible for ensuring that the Scrum methodology is properly implemented and followed by the team. They act as a coach, mentor, and servant leader, guiding the team through the Scrum process and helping them achieve their goals. The scrum master is a link between product owners and teams. Schedule and facilitate daily standups
Schedule and facilitate sprint planning meetings
Schedule and facilitate sprint review meetings
Schedule and facilitate retrospective meetings
Facilitate communications and ensure effective collaboration
Have ownership and drive communication to stakeholders
Aid the team members by removing blockers and resolving team conflicts
Coach team members in the Scrum methodology
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Guide team members to higher Scrum maturity
Must have experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool
Must have the ability to work effectively with global teams
Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with third party team members

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business or other related field or equivalent years of experience as a Scrum Master
5+ years of experience as scrum master
Familiarity with or experience with Power BI or other visualization tools
Familiarity with Databricks or other cloud database
Familiarity with data movement, ETL
Familiarity with datasets
Familiarity with or working knowledge of SQL
Scrum master certification
Must have experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool
Must have the ability to work effectively with global teams
Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with third party team members
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with manufacturing systems, ERP, CRM or PLM
Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 – $132,000 (+ 10% bonus) in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
