If you’re excited to shape the future of sales technology, we’d love to hear from you.OverviewAs a Scrum Master at Kixie, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an agile mindset, removing roadblocks, and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to drive the execution of our agile practices and help the team achieve its goals. Responsibilities Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.Serve as a coach and mentor to team members on Scrum principles, agile best practices, and continuous improvement.Remove obstacles and shield the team from distractions, enabling them to focus on delivering value.Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.Track team performance through key metrics (e.g., velocity, sprint burndown) and use data to drive improvements.Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability within the team and across the organization.Act as a servant leader, empowering the team to self-organize and take ownership of their deliverables.Facilitate communication between teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment and clarity on project progress. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.Deep understanding of agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and best practices.Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience with agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to use metrics and data to drive team improvements and support decision-making.Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) is preferred.Experience in SaaS, B2B, or startup environments is a strong plus.
