Ignite is currently seeking driven, detail-oriented Scrum Master to join our team! This position can be filled in Dayton, OH, Huntsville, AL, St. Louis, MO or Remote. Contingent on contract award. Job Requirements and Qualifications: U.S Citizenship with TS/SCI Security Clearance Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. Experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Team Agreements, Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, Acceptance Criteria Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and maintaining the product backlog. Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools 5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with Scrum Alliance Ability to adjust to requirements evolution Excellent Communication skills demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form Knowledge of the SDLC and interrelationships with agile development Preferred Qualifications: Active TS/SCI Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance Security Clearance Requirements : Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
