You will work closely with producers, directors, designers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life in ways that resonate with target audiences. Key Responsibilities • Write engaging scripts for videos, commercials, social media content, podcasts, presentations, and other multimedia formats. • Collaborate with creative teams to develop story ideas, concepts, and messaging aligned with brand objectives. • Adapt scripts for various formats, including short-form, long-form, live-action, animation, and digital campaigns. • Revise and improve scripts based on feedback from producers, directors, and stakeholders. • Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and style across all content. • Conduct research to ensure accuracy, relevance, and originality in scripts. • Meet tight deadlines while upholding high-quality writing standards. Stay informed on content trends, storytelling techniques, and evolving audience preferences. • Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Communications, Film, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). • 2–5 years of experience in scriptwriting, content writing, or storytelling for video or audio media. • Strong understanding of narrative structure, pacing, dialogue, and audience engagement. • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. • Familiarity with production workflows, content management systems, and multimedia formats is a plus.
