Requirements
Ā High School diploma or equivalent.

Ā 1 year Customer Service experience.

Ā Veterinary experience, preferred.

Ā Ability to deliver exceptional customer service through clear and concise communication, actively listening to customer needs, and maintaining a positive attitude.

Ā Demonstrate sound judgment to discern when to independently resolve issues and when to escalate to leadership for guidance or assistance.
