We are seeking a compassionate and skilled School Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our team in Lawrence, MA. The school nurse will provide medical care, promote student wellness, and ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for all students.
Responsibilities:
β’ Provide direct nursing care, including first aid, medication administration, and emergency response.
β’ Monitor and manage student health conditions, including chronic illnesses and allergies.
β’ Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state and school health policies.
β’ Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support student well-being.
β’ Educate students and staff on health-related topics and preventive care.
Qualifications:
β’ Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
β’ CPR and First Aid certification.
β’ Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
β’ Strong organizational and communication skills.
β’ Ability to work effectively in a school environment.
