ā¢ Familiarize yourself with various web-based booking engines and travel resources.
ā¢ Calculate pricing and cost adjustments for changes or additional trip fees.
ā¢ Issue e-tickets and process credit card payments over the phone.
Qualifications:
ā¢ No prior experience is necessary - we'll provide comprehensive training.
ā¢ Outstanding customer service skills.
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
ā¢ Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
