What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate clinical employee schedules based on patient needs and orders
- Ensure timely communication of patient changes to relevant Home Health employees
- Manage scheduling for services requested and provided to patients
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Clinical Supervisors to meet patient needs
- Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED; advanced education is desirable
- Experience in a Home Health environment or with a temporary staffing agency preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background is desirable
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a scheduling role within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with patient care plans and service requests
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and organize tasks independently
