Schedule Analyst

They are seeking a Schedule Analyst to support capital improvement projects by developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, performing analysis, and collaborating with various teams to ensure schedule integrity.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain CPM logic based, quantity-loaded project schedules used to manage workflow across the project life cycle in Primavera P6, using company standard project templates and input from the Project Management TeamInterpret contract documents and apply scheduling obligations and specifications to deliverablesAttend and co-lead recurring internal and client project meetings to collect project status information, provide schedule updates, and support schedule coordination and planning changesUpdate project schedules on a weekly to bi-weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and integrity in schedule logic, activity sequencing, durations, and constraintsCoordinate with internal departments and external organizations to obtain and communicate project schedule informationSupport the development and maintenance of work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity coding frameworks aligned with project standards. Identify and track critical path, near-critical path, and schedule deviationsDevelop and maintain schedule status reports, metrics, dashboards, and executive summaries used to evaluate and measure schedule, project and program performance, for both internal and client audiencesMonitor progress against approved baselines and key project milestones to identify variances and support schedule revisions as neededAssist in conducting what-if scenarios and time impact analysis (TIA) to support schedule risk evaluation and decision-makingAnalyze float paths, observe scheduling trends, and identify potential impacts to project delivery.
